Buggy Tour Guide

Join with Specialized Adventure Zone L.L.C as a Buggy Tour Guide, leading adventurous desert explorations in a vibrant, customer-facing role. As part of our team in Al Qasimia - Sharjah, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, offering exceptional, memorable experiences for guests while ensuring their safety and enjoyment in the unique desert setting.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise guests on buggy/ATV tours, ensuring safety throughout the journey.
• Conduct thorough safety briefings and provide riding instructions to all participants.
• Lead groups through designated desert and off-road routes, sharing insights into the region’s landmarks and culture.
• Monitor and inspect buggies/ATVs to guarantee operational readiness and safety compliance.
• Deliver top-tier customer service, addressing questions and resolving concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Act swiftly and calmly during unexpected situations or emergencies.
• Promote sustainable and respectful interactions with the desert environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate tour logistics and ensure smooth operations.

Must have requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, adventure activities, desert safari, outdoor activities, or customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with buggy or ATV riding in desert or off-road environments.
• Previous work as a Buggy Guide, Desert Safari Guide, Tour Guide, ATV Guide, Adventure Guide, or a similar capacity is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of off-road driving, safety, and best riding practices.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to interact confidently with customers of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Demonstrated responsibility, safety focus, physical fitness, and ability to manage groups on tour.
• Capacity to remain calm under pressure and respond to emergencies appropriately.
• Able to work outdoors in hot and dusty desert conditions.
• Proficiency in English communication; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
