Role Overview
 
As a Sales Executive Trainee – Motorcycles, you will be part of our passionate sales team. As part of our Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Motorcycles (Harley-Davidson) team, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where you will support the promotion and sale of Harley-Davidson motorcycles while gaining valuable experience in customer engagement, product knowledge, and showroom operations. This hands-on role provides the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build a strong foundation as a motorcycle sales professional in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Responsibilities
  • Support sales of new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing lasting customer relationships.
  • Contribute to Harley-Davidson product promotions and dealership events.
  • Assist with accurate sales administration and documentation processes.
  • Learn and demonstrate strong Harley-Davidson product knowledge and uphold brand standards.
  • Help organize and facilitate customer test rides and showroom interactions.
Must have requirements
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm for motorcycles, with a focus on the Harley-Davidson brand.
  • Graduation or equivalent education; suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal sales experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport.
  • Ability and willingness to learn about Harley-Davidson products, market trends, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Team player with respect for colleagues and strict adherence to attendance and company policies.
  • Eagerness to develop both sales and customer service abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn CRM systems and dealership management tools.
Nice to have requirements
  • Prior experience in a customer service or retail sales environment.
  • Exposure to motorcycle sales or the broader automotive industry.
  • Basic understanding of sales administration and documentation processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or dealership management systems.
