Role Overview
 
As a Technician - Harley Davidson, you will be a critical member of our Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Motorcycles team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and accessorizing Harley-Davidson motorcycles according to manufacturer guidelines. The focus will be on delivering consistent quality workmanship, ensuring customer satisfaction, practicing workplace safety, and pursuing ongoing technical growth.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and scheduled servicing on Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
  • Identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using Harley-Davidson diagnostic tools and service resources.
  • Complete repairs according to Harley-Davidson factory standards and specifications.
  • Perform warranty-related repairs and maintain accurate records of diagnostics, findings, and corrective actions.
  • Fit Genuine Harley-Davidson Parts and Accessories.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) for newly delivered motorcycles.
  • Accurately complete repair orders within assigned labor time allowances.
  • Perform road tests before and after repairs whenever necessary.
  • Keep the work area clean, safe, and well organized.
  • Use and maintain all workshop tools and equipment properly.
  • Attend Harley-Davidson technical training programs and maintain required certifications.
  • Communicate diagnostic results and repair recommendations to Service Advisors and management teams.
  • Comply with all company policies, health and safety requirements, and Harley-Davidson operating standards.
Must have requirements
  • Diploma or certification in Automotive or Motorcycle Technology.
  • 2–5 years of experience working as a motorcycle technician.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical manuals and wiring schematics.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using diagnostic software.
  • Careful attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
  • Effective problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Positive team-oriented mindset and ability to perform efficiently in a fast-moving work environment.
Nice to have requirements
  • Previous experience with Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
  • Valid motorcycle riding license preferred.
  • Experience attending manufacturer-specific training programs.
